"Worst experience ever. I made an appointment with Dr Yussein Aguirre in the very beginning of February for this Friday the 23rd. Just to be canceled on 30 minutes before my appointment with no explanation . Definitely do not recommend this clinic or this Doctor."

"DONT AGREE to any service before contacting your insurance. Don’t ever do any type of service/exam before consulting your insurance. I was told by my physician that insurances cover DST test once a year. I trusted and agreed on doing it. My biggest mistake. Insurance did not pay for and I ended up with $800 bill for my husband and I. Other than that I really like the service but won’t return."

"My visit today with Dr. Aguirre and Nurse Myra was a great experience. Dr. Aguirre is very patient and listened to all my questions in details and provided great advise. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. I also love the Eldridge location which is close and easily accessible.The facility is very neat with great customer service personnels. They are all so lovely to work with. I fully recommend Kelsey-Seybold. All the physicians are great even my first primary physician Dr. Stephanie V."
