"2 and 1/2 stars really. Me and my wife’s first time there last week. Both had the same experience. The doctors and or nurse practitioners are great. They listen and are over all good doctors, however their staff if completely unorganized and somewhat rude. My yearly physical took an hour and 45 minutes to complete. I was sent to give blood twice, asked to leave the doctors room and move back into the waiting room twice, and was told to go to one desk to check out then told to go to the other desk. These are young women who clearly are there for a paycheck and the doctors should really get ahold of them and make more of a professional environment. My wife had the exact same thing happen to her. If you can find somewhere else to go you should"

"I honestly thought I finally found a doctor i could be able to establish care with only to NEVER be seen by the doctor i scheduled a sick visit with. I have been very ill for over a month and i desperately needed help. I have spent over $200 with everything they prescribed me with only for NONE of it to help me! I’ve been calling the office for a week, been seen twice by a doctor i didn’t a schedule with and no one helped me! Only made me spend more money. They also ordered a chest X-ray with a company that is out of network for me but convenient for them. They claim after a week, they still have not received my results and still have not prescribe the medication i need! I was told by the RECEPTIONIST that the notes had i have viral pneumonia but the doctor NEVER told me that. I feel like they are intentionally making me suffer and i feel like I’m dying. I asked for a specific prescription that i knew would help me get better and they refused! I’m so lost and disappointed. I now have to spend the Christmas holiday with my 2 young kids while still being sick for over a month. I thought these doctors were supposed to care and not play with my health! I mentioned pcos and she prescribed me medication for that but not pneumonia?!??"
