"The two females that in the front has an attitude. You walk in as your first or second time and they expect you to know everything when it’s an appointment.. then they have you redo everything again online while you are there waiting .. smh"

"Ladies at the front desk are rude. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and never smile. Ladies in the back are nice though. Didn’t appreciate making an appointment and still having to wait an hour in the lobby. I have to go back to correct a mistake made in my shopping list. Nurse didn’t ask me if I wanted concentrated or powdered formula. It’s very inconvenient."
"Have always been extremely helpful and understanding. Only issue is phone service but I know how busy it can be when a clinic is unstaffed but nothing a drive to the office during business hours can't cover."
