"If I could give zero stars I would. The office is run horribly and it doesn't seem as if they care about their patients. The billing department doesn't send bills out on a regular basis so you are blindsided with charges. I have been questioned about name even though the receptionist had my ID and credit card in her hand. I was questioned about my age by a nurse even after she read my birth year. I have never felt that I was treated as if I was important. Now I am finding out I was given an expired allergy shot after the fact. It would really have been nice to have been asked "your serum is expired would you like to proceed?" But no they don't care about their patients. I would not recommend."

"I have been taking my son to this office for allergy shots for a few months now. Nice office and nice staff. Plus they have extended hours on certain days and you can get your allergy shots up until 05:30 pm on those days, which helps those with a full time job. Highly recommended."

"They never answer the phone. The staff is rude. Literally never answer the phone it's so annoying and inconvenient. I call and it says they're closed and to call during normal hours when I am calling on a Friday at hours they are supposed to be open. Not only that my child has been waiting for her epipen and well since the doctor hasn't called the insurance she cannot get one ."
