"My arrival time was 6am. The young lady that opened the door for the several of us, did not even have a good morning for us. She was not friendly at all. Not the case when I went to the back! My nurse was attentive, the anesthesia lady was very informative and reassuring. Everyone introduced themselves as I entered the procedure room❤️. Dr. Kim explained the procedure, John explained anesthesia. And the discharge nurse was so sweet. BOH.. Thank You for the AMAZING care!"

"Having a Colonoscope done for the first time is a very nervous feeling. Dr. Arnold and his staff took care of me and made me comfortable. This procedure can weigh on a persons mind because of just how its done but after its over you really feel nothing in affect from the procedure and really realize how simple it is. Dr. Arnold explained the procedure before and after it was done. I left his office knowing i had the best care and knowing that he cares about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Arnold for anyone that needs his services. Thank you Dr. Arnold for taking care of me and making things simple."

"It was the first time at that facility. I had a pleasant experience right from the start when I called to make the appointment. They were very patient with me & worked with me for what day & time was the best for me. They also sent reminders on when certain things had to be completed - which helped me a lot. The day of the procedure - they was very friendly. They let me know exactly what was going to happen through the whole procedure. I would have to say - the only thing I did not like about it was doing the prep - but I knew it had to be done. Even though the results was not EXACTLY perfect - they made sure I was well informed at what to do next. I would recommend going there if you have to have anything done that pertains to them. I know I will - if I can."

"The staff throughout the office were very kind. I was immediately greeted when I arrived and taken back quickly. The nurses explained the process of what to expect and answered all of my questions. I was taken back to surgery quickly and was met with the wonderful nurses and anethologist who made me feel at ease. I have always felt confident with Dr. Arnold and he has always been very professional and kind. He explains any findings right away. They are a wonderful group of professionals and I would highly recommend to anyone."
