The support staff that work here do not care about anything or anyone or know how to do basic office work or how to deal with customers. The do not know how to return messages on time and when the do manage to call you the are rude, dismissive and sound annoyed that you made them do work. If you are a new customer and like atleast basic communication skills from the office staff do not come here. The do not care"
