"Not sure if this practice is ethical. On December 12, 2023, I requested a refill for my medication from Dr. Lanys' office, which was supposed to be requested from the manufacturer. However, I was informed that they declined to refill it and advised me to find a new prescriber or a new PCP. On December 19, 2023, when I contacted the manufacturer, I discovered that my refill amount had changed from 2 to 1. I obtained the tracking number and traced my medication to Dr. Lanys' office. It was delivered there on December 21, 2023, and I called on December 29, 2023, to confirm its presence, which Brittany verified. Today, January 2, 2023, when I picked up my medication, the packaging suggested that they had no intention of informing me about the medication they likely requested under my name. It seemed like they were planning to keep my medication without even returning it to the manufacturer. I am questioning the ethicality of their actions because they initially declined to refill my medication, then refilled it, held it for over a week without informing me, and potentially did not plan to return it to the manufacturer. This raises ethical concerns, especially considering the medication I qualified for based on the assistance I needed. I do not find their practices ethical, and I cannot recommend them."

A lot of conflicting information is provided, and most of this information is verbal Very rude and argumentative administrative staff - the heavy hispanic lady that works for Dr Tony Makhlouf has no idea of patient engagement. The front staff will argue you down when they have made a mistake! No type of paperwork or electronic instructions for routine surgery. Very poor communication and no accountability whatsoever In the past, they had also overcharged me, and I had to fight them to get the money back. It's really my fault for coming back here"

"I don't know if the doctors are good or not, because I have no chance to see my doctor at all. The online system and front desk management is a complete mess. I scheduled an appointment online and the system sent a confirmation to me. I filled out all the forms needed for the appointment. On arrival at the building, I checked in at the designated office, which was for all the doctors in the whole building. I was told to wait in front of my doctor's room until I was called in. I waited in front of my doctor's room for more than an hour. No one called me in. The front desk lady was talking on the phone the whole time. When I finally knocked at the window, she told me the doctor had covid and was not in the office! No one told me at all! Apparently no one knew I was there, even though the lady in the check-in office checked me in! The connection between the online system, the check-in office suite 200 and the doctor's office is a mess! I don't trust this place. I will be finding a new clinic."
