"I am a new patient and was extremely impressed with this doctors office. Before I got to my appt. the receptionist sent the forms I needed and let me know what I needed to bring with me. All of my questions and concerns were answered by the receptionist before I even got there. The receptionist was so kind and very efficient. She follows up on everything which I can see why this office has great reviews. I didn’t have to wait long once I got to the office before the Dr herself came and got me from the waiting room. She even went back and asked my mom if she wanted to come to the exam room with my permission of course. This Dr is so down to earth and friendly I didn’t even know she was the Dr until we got to the exam room. She’s patient, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, listens, explain things to where I can understand them and allows me to ask questions to make sure I understand, extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the latest technology to use regarding my diabetes. She really educated me on a lot of things I didn’t know and will be very useful in my own treatment. This Dr is so kind and professional I wish I had known about her sooner. I would rate her and her office a thousand. I have hit the jackpot with this Dr. and would highly recommend her to anybody needing her type of services. You Rock Dr. Aleti!"

"Unfortunately I had to give a one star review. The doctor herself was kind as a person. As a person she was very sophisticated and patient. However, I specifically went there to know the hormone levels of my thyroid and I specifically told them I wanted a report of my thyroid which I paid for in FULL. It’s been literally months and they haven’t yet sent me my report. All they said was that “everything is normal”. I have been trying to call them for months and they never answer the phone, they also do not have any other form of communication like email where I could send this to. Because of this I am required to write this here hopefully they will see this and finally send me my report. I have tried calling over and over and they haven’t responded to me. If they would have at least had an email where people can communicate with them when the receptionist will not answer the phone this would have been easier. My name is Sara Faraj, please send me my report to my email or at least call me so you can ask for my email in case you don’t have it. I want to know if I can take thyroid supplements or iodine to know if it will help with my symptoms. Can I take iodine ? Can I take sea kelp supplements to be specific ?
