"As a retired physician of two years, I can honestly attest that the attention to detail that the staff and clinicians, have exhibited, has been quite professional, respectful and thorough. They have no problem referring a patient out to another specialist when needed, as opposed to many M.D.'s keeping conditions "in house" that all too often can endanger a patient. They are not entering into a popularity contest, they are humane, concerned, serious, focused and quite accurate professionals in their evaluations and treatment, and their referrals. I am thankful that I have found these good people."

"Just want to say how awesome Dr. Laura is at West Columbia Health Clinic. My girls pediatrician was out with a family emergency, and they were able to get us in the same day. I will totally recommend them to anyone with littles. My daughter actually loved going and left saying it was fun. They gave her stickers, and the best part to her was the fruit snacks they gave her!!"

"I cannot leave 0 stars. Shelly is AMAZING, but her front desk is a nightmare. I assume she doesn't have any children, nor did she get any home raising. She couldn't have understood what I was saying because she was too busy speaking to someone else as she kept cutting me off to answer someone else. I understand she cannot control the problem we had, but she was rude to my husband when he called to explain what the deal was. She wasn't rude until she realized we were calling about the same child. Shelly I am sorry this woman takes care of your customers."

"I have seen my nurse practitioner Lisa about 4 times and the last 2 times were mediocre care at best. She answered all my questions with an I don't know. Well neither do I thats why I am here. I give the clinic 3 stars for cleanliness and the girls up front. The check in nurse kept asking me questions that she had the answer to on my chart for example...have u had a bone density test? Had one 2 yrs ago. I need to find another place to go me thinks."
