"Established care two weeks ago for the sole purpose of obtaining a referral. Was given a referral paper that day to a specific consultant and instructed to call the consultants office. Two weeks later after sending the consultant office all my paperwork the consultants office is saying I was not given a referral but basically a face sheet and my primary care office is declining the referral and asking me to call the primary care office. I am calling 3:30 pm on a Monday and going directly to a third party answering service stating they cannot take any messages due to it being not office hours. When I ask what office hours are he states 9-5 pm. Looking forward to them fixing the situation. So far very unprofessional behavior."
