"Anita is extremely rude, talks over you when you are trying to answer questions. She’s the only one I had issues with, made it pretty difficult to switch formulas. Takes forever at this location & also forever to answer phone calls. At one point I had to call 18 times before I was able to get someone on the phone. Regret ever switching to the pecan valley location, definitely switched right back to my original location after this last time dealing with Anita."

"For two weeks now, I have been attempting to contact my local WIC Office (the Pecan Valley WIC Clinic). Every time I call, I am greeted by the automated system. It advises me of the clinic's hours of operation and then suggests that I call again at a later time. I am always sure to call during business hours, yet I still receive this prompt. Today I finally reached an individual at this number. At first, I was thrilled to finally get an actual human being on the phone! Then I was promptly placed on Hold before I could describe the reason for my call. I waited 5 minutes, then disconnected and called again. The same individual answered, but this time I was able to explain that I needed to make an appointment. Yet again, I was placed on Hold and, yet again, I waited 5 minutes and then disconnected and called back. This time, when the same woman answered and attempted to immediately place me on Hold, I explained that I had been holding for an extended period of time and really just needed to make an appointment to come in. She proceeded to explain to me that she had a case open at that time and could not process my request. Her tone was demeaning and she even went so far as to refer to me as "honey," which I did not appreciate. Our 10-month old son is running out of formula. We were declined at the register when we attempted to make a WIC purchase. We were never notified that we needed to make an appointment and I have been trying for two weeks now to make one. Needless to say, I am incredibly frustrated."
