"Awful.Awful experience. I own/run a multi million dollar business & had to jump thru hoops just to keep this appointment. Never got a chance to meet with Dr Ward but his staffing is terrible. I had an appointment for 8am & got there at 8:05. The uneducated receptionist said (with no feeling or compassion), I canceled your appointment at 7:15am. I don't get it, no phone call, no i'am sorry, no explanation, nothing! I would NOT recommend going here, not if you value your time."
"Dr ward and his staff were amazing for my first visit. I was seen super quickly, from my arrival time, everyone was insanely friendly. Dr ward took his time to talk with me about all of my concerns. I have never had a dr be so none judgmental of me in my life. Everything was explained in a way I could understand even a break down of the labs he wanted me to do(which I've never had a Dr explain to me why they wanted certain labs done). I cannot recommend him enough, this is the absolute best Dr's office I have ever been to!"
