"We love this place! My kids have been with this pediatrician (Dr. Guerra) since my second child was born and he is amazing! He's patient, kind, great with my kids, and he listens to mine and my children's concerns. We've gotten to know the front office staff and they handle themselves well, even with angry parents and sick children around them all day long. I really enjoy the fact that they work with you when you need sick visits or paperwork done. We can usually get a sick visit in within a few days as long as we call super early, which is pretty normal with a busy pediatricians office. The only con I have is really the new portal system, I don't know who decided that was a good idea but it's is a pain to use!"
"I wouldn’t want to send my child anywhere else. We have been to multiple offices and have never had any issues. Sometimes it’s a little difficult to get a hold of someone to schedule an appointment, but the office staff is always friendly, appointments are usually on time or close to it, and the doctors are very caring and compassionate. Highly recommend this pediatric office!"
"Everyone there has always been really nice in assisting us, NEVER RUDE and very professional. We’ve never felt rushed or ignored in any way. The ladies at the front desk always acknowledge you as you walk in even if they are in the middle of helping other patients. Every doctor that my daughter has seen there has always taken their time to make sure she is properly treated and we really appreciate that. Thank you ABCD PEDIATRICS!"
