"I would not recommend this office. I would not even provide one star. I made an appointment with this office as a second opinion for hormonal imbalance. I knew there was something wrong with my health due to the symptoms I was experiencing for over a year. The physician I saw recommended relaxation practices like yoga and supplements. My abnormal hormone results that were provided were brushed off. A year later, I received a breast cancer diagnosis due to an estrogen dominance. Just a word of advice for all practitioners to listen closely to what your patients are telling you and provide the appropriate medical care. The advice I was given that day, I could have simply googled. That appointment was not worth the money, time or cost to my health."

"I wish they had no stars! They DO NOT deserve a one star! This clinic is very un organized. I am 6 months pregnant, came in for my appointment and as soon as I signed in the front desk Brenda told me that my doctor had called in sick. Which I understand do not get me wrong, I told Brenda why they didn’t give me a call to notify me she didn’t know what to say! Then with an attitude she stated another doctor could see me. At this point I’m upset because I took time off from work and they think it’s okay just to see any doctor while I’m 6monthd pregnant. I asked Brenda if I could talk to the office manager and she took like a good 20 minutes by the time she called me. As I go in to speak to the office manager Barbara De La Rosa, I thought she would close the door behind her but nope she left it open and very nonprofessional, I explain why I was complaining and she replied well it’s unfortunate you feel like this but we can’t do anything about it and if you are not happy with the staff I suggest for you to look for a new doctor. Yes this was her response! Now I understand why the staff has that attitude the same attitude because this is the way their manager runs! Please people safe your time and DO NOT GO TO Institute for Woman’s on 4458 Medical Drive suite 705."

"My Dr. Had transferred all the way across town without a call or email letting me know. Luckily I had called 2 days before my appointment otherwise I would've showed up for nothing. The only reason I chose this place was because of convenience. I was extremely upset no one notified me of the switch."
