"We were in and out in a little under 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. The wait time was reasonable. The nurses were friendly, patient and warm. Dr. Stachniak was thorough and took the extra time to explain my Child’s condition and listened/addressed all my concerns. Great first experience here."
"My 5 month old has fever, congestion, cough and decrease in appetite. I've been here since 8 and still can't be seen smh!!!! All these other kids running around, playing but mine is crying and sick and it's 1:06 pm now and I just gonna leave, change doctors. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!! The wait time is so long and this is not the first time either I've had to wait so long."
"Waited over an hour to be seen. Nurses are kind... that's why the 1 star only. The physician, Vera, was rude, condescending, impatient. All the urgent care worries about are authorizations. Patient is not a priority, only avoiding to do an authorization for meds that my 18 month old actually needed. I waited over an hr, saw doctor 5 min, and left with a prescription for 7 steroid tablets for my 18 month old. I requested liquid or nebulizer and the answer I got was, it requires authorization that we won't do. They recommened to crush.he threw it all up and they wouldnt send another script for liquid..Waste of time. My kid still has a bad croup cough. Thank God I had nebulizer steroid at home...5 hours away. Don't waste your time."
