"Had a great experience with this location! Dr Benavides treated me so well when my chronic condition was flaring. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort, and she took extra steps to mitigate it as much as she could. When I came back for a follow up, they informed me that they can connect me with a specialist and got an appointment within a few days, where it would normally take weeks or months. If you’re an H‑E‑B Partner, I would highly recommend you use them as your PCP!"

"I planned on visiting family so I precariously attempted to get Covid tested with no symptoms. I called three straight days to try and schedule an appointment, first day no openings, 2nd day they said I can only book for that day and only time was at 5 on but I was at work and couldn't go so didn't make the appointment, the next day while I was off and called in the morning to make an appointment and the female told me that I can't come in and get tested since I am not showing symptoms. I explained to her that wasn't what I was told the day before and I am confused on why I couldn't get tested. This was a complete joke how someone is not allowed to get Covid tested, lost my long term business"

"Second time making an appointment here just for the day to come and find out I was never even booked. The first time I showed up they were surprised and apologized, then proceeded to see me even though they were closing. Great, mistakes happen. The second time I wake up early in the morning AND BEFORE LEAVING THE HOUSE I decided to call and check cause I had not gotten a reminder which was odd. And what do you know, same mistake and same person too! I’ve waited 20 days for this appointment and at this point I don’t even need it anymore. Thanks for nothing."

"Although when i did work at HEB the doctors here were very friendly and answered any questions i had, since i left H-E-B about a month ago i have had questions about medication prescribed to me at magenta health. Since i am no longer a patient there they have not found me in the system but i told them my doctors names and the medicine i was prescribed and just that i need to talk to my doctors about the side affects of these medications. I have not been able to speak. To an actual doctor. I’ve been told to call a pharmacist with any questions and i finally asked for someone to call me back when a doctor is available for me to talk to and no one has. I understand i am technically not a patient but i have a right to have questions about the medicine and side affects from them and no one will answer them for me. I call about two times a week for the last 3 weeks."
