"Diana H. in billing is the most unprofessional person, she doesn't need to have a job working with the public. Definitely not the sick. She is rude and not knowledgeable on anything. She is a waste of space. Why have someone working in billing who knows nothing, and doesn't want to even try. She's getting paid to do nothing."

"I chose this practice because it is owned and run by women of color. I disregarded the reviews because folks are more inclined to share negative experiences as opposed to positive ones. Upon my initial visit I mentioned that I suspected I may be allergic to gluten or yeast. She scoffed and said that Black folks don’t have that. I reminded her that there is a test for that and she should just do it. She then instructed me to eat bread everyday for two weeks which ultimately led to another hospitalization because I am in fact, HIGHLY allergic to yeast but this wasn’t determined by anyone on staff. I had to get an allergist to diagnose me because I had repeatedly been disregarded. Dr. Makakarjan was rude, smug and couldn’t see past her own racial bias to actually perform the basic duties of what her role as my gastroenterologist required. I have fibromyalgia and reminded her of this before any of my exams. I couldn’t talk for 3 weeks after a routine endoscopy because my vocal cords were injured during my procedure. For my colonoscopy, I ended up being admitted for and internal bleed because she knicked my colon during the procedure. She barely apologized and sent me on my way. Please stay away from this place."

"My review does not reflect a visit to this office, but based on the fact that you can't even get a return phone call to make an appointment. I've called 4 times and waited patiently in between. Unfortunate, as I'm sure the doctors are great!"

"Avoid wasting your time here: you'll call, be lucky to have someone answer you in the first 10 calls, they say they'll call you back to make an appointment, and then never will. I called them relentlessly over a month to try and get an appointment and they never would call me back. Since they took medical notes, they are now billing me over 6 months later of never being seen for an initial. You will waste your time and money here."

"My daughter saw NP LaShandra Gilmore today and she was absolutely amazing!! She was so friendly and made us feel comfortable the entire appointment. We were seen in a timely manner and the rest of the staff was kind. I greatly appreciate everyone today and would recommend this clinic."
