"I owe bills here I won't pay back. Especially when I rescued a woman from a car wreck and hand delivered her in my car blooded and everything. Security guard wouldn't touch her to get her into the ambulance because he didn't want to take medical responsibility cuz the hospital trained him that way. I refuse to get her out of the car because I'm a trained EMT It's not my job to do my trained job on my free time. I wasn't worried about blood in the car or anything. I just wanted to see this guy put in the same level of care I had for my patients when I worked in the ambulance box for my short time riding. That security guard who is get fired if I knew his name was the same guy who refused me care when I came on foot without my wallet he assumed I was homeless so I walked miles home sick and hurt. Plus this hospital caused me distress and more private matters in a separate medical incident. DONT GO UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY THE NORTH SIDE METHODIST LOCATION HAS MORE EMPATHY. I paid many bills that I don't technically owe third party labs send bills that in very small letters say " this is not a bill" Here's a picture of me delivering the lady and a picture of the security guard who deserves to be fired."

"This parking lot cheats the people and charges them more than they suppost to ! I went for my X-rays at the STRIC across from the lot and I went in at 9:25 and left at 11:33 to me that is only TWO HOURS and then the stric gave me a free one hour pass but the man charged me for three hours I told him it was only two hours but with the free hour I should have been charged only for one hour and he didn't care ! Terrible cheaters !!!!"

"A few days ago, my brother was transferred from Christus Spohn of Alice to this hospital's ER & later to the ICU. Family info & contact ph#'s were left in case notifications needed to go out regarding his health or changes (positive or negative). This morning, 8-11-16, a family member called to check on his status/health & it was only then passed on my brother checked himself out. My brother was vomiting blood & passing lot of blood in his stool, this is the reason for admittance. Here's the issue: Doesn't the Nurse on Duty in the ICU (or the nurse who witnessed his signing himself out) have an ethical responsibility to notify the family? My brother didn't have any ID, shoes when admitted (was wearing clogs) and his clothes were bloody. In San Antonio, Tx, he is/was about +/-200 miles from his home. What is wrong with this hospital? Hope no one's family loses a family member there because this hospital doesn't seem to have a concern for their patients."
