"Fast, free, discrete and super kind. The staff here is very helpful and informative. To be honest, the facility is kind of out of the way for me and the location isn't quite a 5 star clinic with $500 an hour doctors, but it's pretty good considering it's completely free. They also have lots of methods for getting a van in your area for mobile testing in your own area which is very helpful if you can't get here."

"Impossible to get in with new COVID restrictions. I understand not allowing people to have walk-in testing at this time but no one answers the phone when you try to call for an appointment and no one has returned my call either. It's really sad that this place is supposed to serve the community in an essential way and the employees are failing to do their jobs. Luckily, I have the opportunity to go elsewhere but that is not true for everyone. SAAF is totally failing the San Antonio population that needs them."
