"I was having trouble with the birth control my doctor prescribed me so I made another appointment to discuss my symptoms. When I arrived at my appointment the doctor was no where to be found and they pawned me off on the nurse practitioner. Thinking nothing of it, even though I was charged an extra $20 because it was the nurses fee instead of the doctor, I began to tell her the horrible effects the BC was having on me like my hormones going crazy and having 3 periods in a month etc. When I asked her what my alternatives were to the pill she seemed to just keep trying to get me to continue taking the pill. I told her again that I wasn't comfortable with the way it was making me feel and AGAIN she kept trying to convince me to take the same BC. This went on for 20 minutes!! I felt like she didn't care about my body at all. She was only concerned with writing prescriptions. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT OFFICE AGAIN."

"I booked my appointment for a papsmear through Zocdoc a week in advance because the mayo womans clinic had such good reviews. However when i showed up they had no record of my appointment and continually tried to send me away. I told them I had made the appointment through Zocdoc and offered to show them my email confirmations while the receptionist asked 3 separate people whether they accepted appointments through the site or not. Finally one of the ladies reluctantly said they would take me as a walk in but the only person that could attend me was the nurse practitioner. I accepted the wait time was average the nurse was friendly. The wait time for your results is 10 business days, but two weeks later I try to look up my results online and there is no record. I try the toll free number the clinic provided and there is also no record of my results. I try calling the clinic which by the way is an answering machine. The way the clinic works is what ever service you need, you leave a voice message with your info and wait for someone to call you back. So i try leaving a message, days later the clinic still had not responded. Tried calling Zocdoc which they were sympathetic but couldn't get a hold them either. It wasn't until i showed up to the clinic and waited for them to attend me that i was able to get my test results. Will definitely not return."
