"Tried for 2 days to change my appointment. Unable to leave a message on the appointment line because mailbox is full. Unable to speak with anyone due to no option to do so. Extremely poor customer service. Finally had to call billing office of course when it comes to money they answer the phone. Got a number from billing to call to a central appointment center. Had to give all my info again to reschedule my appointment. Please fix your phone problem or check your phone mail box for people to be able to take care of there problems."

"I do not recommend this dr she’s sarcastic and condescending not to mention insulting. All she cares about is twirling her hair and saying Gotcha she said that several times on my first visit,I found that to be silly. Front office seem like they don’t want to be there . I call so many times with no answer full voice mail or not set up how can I possibly cancel when they don’t answer phone right away they blame the patient. Only positive note wait was short that’s it. She can stay with her Gotcha."

"My Fiancé has had her follow up appointment rescheduled and pushed back by a whole month for 3 consecutive months In a row each time all while her mental health prescription has run out. Then when she finally gets an appointment she was left waiting In the room for an hour with no one to check in with her, she gave up hope and ended up leaving. She'll be going to a place that takes her mental health and life more seriously than these people as she has only declined since being off of her medicine, something they would know of if they ever checked in on her and refilled her prescription."

"Multiple scheduling errors with no apologies but quick to call and try to collect co pays that were already collected with their online check in process. They didn't notice until an hour after my virtual appointment should have happened that it was supposed to be virtual. I had sent a message regarding the previously mischeduled appointment that also should have been virtual so that the situation wouldn't happen a second time yet it did. Was asked if I wanted to reschedule, when this would be the 3rd time and a waste of time for all not to mention co pays. Really liked Dr. Gonzaba but the office makes it difficult to stay when you can't be seen for a follow up. I also requested for a refund on copayments charged and have yet to hear back while their messaging system says a 2 business day turn around."

"Absolutely no notice, no calls, and I get sent to collections for $51!!!! These people think it's funny playing with credit scores. I specifically asked the (clearly training) receptionist TWICE to check if I owed a balance before I left - my primary was not at this location so I knew I would have to pay out of pocket more than I did at the beginning of the visit - she assured me I owed nothing. Again, no letters, no calls, absolutely zero communication and you guys decide you play with my score. Disgusting."
