"I've been dealing with billing errors from these clowns for six months now. I had my regular PCP visit and got billed for seeing a specialist. Anytime I call they're combative and defensive. I went here for many years, but there's no way I'll see a doctor here going forward."
"Someone already said it, but I'll say it again. Office staff is horrible and they cancel appointments without any notice. I received a confirmation via email and another via text, only to get there and be told it was canceled. I'd be embarrassed if I were them. Their work ethic is trash. Can't imagine how any kind of emergency situation would be handled. Hard pass on this whole place."
"Good luck with this provider. Very unprofessional and no dedication to patient care. My wife tested positive for COVID-19 so we asked for a prescription for the anti-viral. The receptionist sent us to the hall to wait. minutes later she cam out and said to go to the pharmacy to get the antiviral that we didn't need a prescription. I didn't think this was correct but went to the pharmacy to see if they could help. Like I said we need a prescription for the antiviral. We and the pharmacy on our behalf called the Med First office and cot no response from emails, phone call, and patient portal contact attempts. We only had a 4 day window to get this antiviral for my wife that has just had major surgery on her leg and is fighting infections. The two employees in the reception area are totally incompetent and should find other career paths. We have been committed to Med First for over twenty five years but will begin the search for competent and compassionate health care. No stars for this provider. REF"
"BEWARE!!! TERRIBLE!!! I WAITED TWO MONTHS TO SEE THIS DOCTOR AND WAS DENIED THE VISIT FOR ARRIVING EARLY TO A LOCKED OFFICE DOOR!!!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because this office staff is utterly incompetent and very unprofessional. There was a TWO MONTH waiting period when I booked the appointment, which came with the usual “be in the office at least 30 minutes prior” advisory. I took a half-day off at work and arrived at 1220 for my 1pm appointment only to find the office door locked with no answer after knocking. I called the office number and was told the the office was out to lunch till 1pm. I waited in the building lobby till I checked back in at 1:05pm where I was told because I would need to reschedule because wasn’t there 30 mins prior!!!! Full disclosure I was fasting and a bit hunger irritated but this blew my fuse. I tried to inform the office staff of my actual arrival time and the issues with the locked door and phone call attempt but was told Dr’s policy is to be in the exam room at the appt time. In disbelief I left and later called to speak with the office manager who was out for the day and spoke with the office lead by the name of Cindy. Cindy began the conversation by refusing to tell me office manager’s full name and only provided front desk number for contact info. Cindy explained she didn’t know the door was locked, stated she was in the office with patients in the waiting area, and said the office uses an answering service during lunch. When I explained what had occurred she attempted to deny what occurred by explaining she didn’t hear anyone knock stating if there was a knock, the patients in the lobby would’ve informed her. When I asked her why the door was locked to begin with if she was in the office, all she could say was “I don’t know what to tell you, I didn’t hear a knock and the patients waiting would’ve told me.” I tried to explain to her that it was her responsibility, not the patients waiting, to attend the front desk and answer the door. SHE’S THE ONE EMPLOYED THERE, NOT THE PATIENTS!!!! CLEARLY SHE WAS NOT DOING HER JOB!!! After a brief back and forth, she ultimately ended with “I don’t know what to tell you Sir. It is what it is, take it for what it is and reschedule your appointment for another 2 months later.” I WAITED TWO MONTHS TO SEE THIS DOCTOR AND WAS DENIED THE VISIT FOR ARRIVING EARLY TO A LOCKED OFFICE DOOR!!!! The absolute most unprofessional, incompetent, rude and utterly disappointing experience ever. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
