"I moved here from CA in 2020 at the height of the CoVid epidemic (I had been a methadone patient in CA since 2015). I was unable to get a TX driver's license and they were able to see me and help me through my life's most difficult time. They were full of compassion from the first phone call, to the first face you see (every morning), to the Dr, who was informative and I left with tears of comfort in my eyes. I don't know what I would have done without their help. Excellent counselors with experience. The nurses all make a point to know your name... Fantastic experience to get your life back on track."

"I myself do not go there, but I am reviewing under a patient who did go there and this person, since this Individual started attending their treatment services Once she got stable on her medication (where this person was able to be a productive member to society and maintain sobriety and away from Trouble, and was very happy to be given a second chance to be able to work hard & earned money with her sweat and did this all on the Public Transportation)she kept striving to the highest level, even with the team of counselors that was spoken to coming straight for the individual and it was just transfer to person to person and then knowing she was on a deadline because her freedom was in JEOPARDY( for incarceration) and staff made NO attempt to help the individual before the deadline for her court date. Honestly something has to change, She remember that One of the Medication Nurses said she "look good and happy and to keep up the good Job" since her medication was adjusted. But when 4 days came to the MTR that was put out on her The Probation Officer needed copies of her UA's but couldn't do it at that moment, now why when someone is doing good and complying with the policy in a place of the Center were the person attend all sessions and has all of UA's records clean (other then the first) and if any grievances of the staff may have put out on her because of her doing or if there was nothing to report back, those reports were never sent to her Probation Officer as having acknowledge that she was doing well going into the Center For Health Maintenance, counselor are 2 help out with the client(s) Case. Just because she lacked of funds were still owed, instead the P/O , seeing the positive she worked hard to stay away from Crime, and Sober. Both could have called out for what she stood for her time to cooperate when the Patient was being helped by her daughter to do a zoom call over the presiding Court for the individual was not there beside the(chid individual still on way a counselor could not help until the daughter came into help the individual. We need counselors who understand about drug addiction whether it be themselves for involved and are working through it or personally no family members but at least they've been involved in that person's life to understand. Seems with the client from your client was not look like if she is or was worth time of any staff member, she was done with her Probation just hadn't paid the restitution that did not need to have her Probation Revoke, but extended untill payment was paid in full and nobody help in that facility and that is very sad."
