I am a fairly new patient here and I have attempted on several occasions to have important paperwork submitted by their office; not only to my job for necessary proof but also to another clinic outside of their network. I have been given the runaround and after weeks of waiting and confirmation from my old PCP that my records have been successfully sent the staff has never even attempted to submit my records or reach out to me as to why they never submitted my records yo my job NOR my new clinic. I absolutely would not recommend Wellmed or their Westover Hills location to anyone who doesn't already somehow know someone at the clinic to receive preferential treatment."
