"I get why this place has 5 stars and it’s because the girls that works there are nice. Now when it comes to their “bleaching treatment” it does not work at all. They did a treatment on me and then I took to go home product and I used it exactly how I should but never worked to lighten at all!!! Now later on when I talked to Melinda she was saying we are getting a new product for the bleaching that works better. What do you tell me I spent $300 for trying a product on me that you know doesn’t work that well!!!! And their laser treatment I used to get it somewhere else and it was working but when I knew their price is cheaper I decided to get the laser done with them and it did not help at all!! Normally when I get my laser done I grow hair much slower, but with them it’s like I never got a laser treatment.
