"Unfortunately I had to give this place one star, but it should be none. I can’t speak for the Drs because I never had the chance to visit with them. What I couldn’t get past was the front desk. Specifically Heather. The first time I called to scheduled an appoint, I had stated I wanted a “wellness exam” and she had attitude right away and proceeded to lecture me that it would be with a PCP not OBGYN, that they only provided “women’s wellness” as if I was confused to what office I was calling. So I explained that yes I meant women’s wellness. Then I asked if I could please be placed with a female Dr (personal preference) and she said she would put me with the nurse practitioner. Fast forward to my a couple days before my appointment, I went into their portal to confirm my appointment and the confirmation stated that it was with their only male physician. I canceled and waited until the next day to call in which I spoke with Heather again and told her. She explained why it had his name but that I was still scheduled to see the Nurse Practitioner. So I said I would keep my appointment then she said ok and hung up on me. That upset me and I decided that I needed to look elsewhere as this is the person that I would have to deal with whenever I needed appointments, so I called back and canceled. She said “ok” and hung up. I was about to ask her if she needed my date of birth or anything but I was received with a “call ended “ on my phone. I did call back to speak with the front desk manager about my experience. But according to Heather again she was out today and didn’t have a voicemail that I could leave a message on. I would stay away from this place. Going to get a “women’s wellness “ exam is already not a pleasant experience, you don’t need it to be any less pleasant by dealing with the rude front desk."

"On their website it states that they do wellness exams for young women 13 and up. I called and asked for a wellness exam and they state over the phone that they could not give me one because I am not old enough for a Pap smear (not that I ever wanted one for my situation) and instead told me that they can book me with a nurse practitioner. I go into the office and they’re charging me $100 for the appointment and explained it WASNT for a wellness exam and for something completely different. I cancelled that appointment right then and there after they told me I needed to go to a PCP if I wanted a wellness exam. Which had me confused because I thought women doctors were already considered PCP’s. They completely wasted my time when they could’ve just stated over the phone that they do not perform wellness exams on young women."

"We have been seeing Dr. Lu for a while now. She is very caring and always get things right on the first visit. There are times when we have urgent matters that can not make a sooner appointment, she would go beyond and help to solve our problems when needed. Great Doctor!"

"Dr. Rios is the absolute best. Kind, witty and professional. She managed my pregnancy effectively. What I would have wished for above anything, would have been that she delivered my baby. Unfortunately she was on PTO when I went into labor. But I was in very safe hands as well."
