"I came to this place twice for my annual blood work which according to my insurance is free . So they made a mistake and they put my annual exam as diagnostic so they sent me a bill which was wrong and it’s now under collection agency. I called them many times I sent the bill and the last time one lady said that they will call me back was just a lie . Now o report them to my insurance company and let them deal with them . Never go back to this place even for free"

"My son was sick so I bring him to hwy6 location I was directed to Katy location. I arrived at 20:30 am. Front desk told me I’m late. Tho the time was until noon. Extremely rude behavior. Front desk staff is a nightmare. Will not recommend any one to Katy location worst experience of my life."

"This was the worst experience I’ve ever seen in a “doctors office”. It’s was so crowded & unorganized. We arrived 1 hour before closing. My daughter was having trouble breathing (an asthma attack). The nurse at the window, said she could not treat my daughter, only the doctor could. The doctor comes to the window and says she says “ I advise you all to go to the emergency room. I’m not trying to be here all night administering an asthma treatment. I’m ready to get out of here.” Wait… WHAT!? I was APPALLED. I’m disgusted that this human is allowed to even service this area. The best thing I could’ve ever did was turn around & take my child to the ER. I don’t want an ignorant, inconsiderate person anywhere near my child. I feel bad for anyone that has to be seen by this woman. She should be ashamed of herself."

"I went in for a particular concern. I found the staff friendly and attentive. Dr. Jennifer addressed my need promptly and completely. In addition I got my annual physical, and a flu shot. I can't ask for more!"

"I walked in a Dr Jennifer was leaving to go to the other office but I explained to her that I needed my heart medication and she put everything on hold and took me in even tho I was a new patient never been there. She was amazing I had my medication within an hour."
