"I Agree with all the reviews about the girl who answered the phone. I didn't like her attitude even though she didn't reply when I told her good morning, and then I just asked her for the rescheduled appointment, and she replied(What)!!! It's not a polite reply, and she is supposed to be more professional in answering the calls!!"

"How this ‘medical practice’ is still in business will be one of life’s great mysteries! Staff are useless, having never heard of customer service. The doctor apparently has x-ray eyes! I shifted to him because our PCP moved. 5 mins in to our first appointment and he declared there’s nothing to worry about. The kicker to all of this was when I had to come back for some blood work. I was told I can’t get test done without seeing the doc. What is he going to see me about if there are no test results I asked? Well, he needs to assess the blood work to order blood works! Wow! Talk about wanting to charge patients without any need. I will not be going here again and sincerely recommend that both existing patients and those looking for care services find another provider."

"11/29 8am appiontment. Doctor is always nice However, seriously think about changing a receptionist. Bad attitude. I don't feel like going back. Question yourself what is the word reception. Don't forget all the information coming from patients are turning into income of the office. You sould be nice if you are asking."
