I have conversations with the doctor personally, but his staff makes it impossible for me to full-fill my healthcare needs. They treat me like I do not know anything, even though I am in medical school to become a doctor myself. "Dr Syed is a very good Dr. Very patient and attentive. He gets my 5 star. However, the reception desk is very rude, unprofessional and provocative. A customer service training is definitely necessary as she could tune people off and discourage them from accessing a good doctor. I called to book appointment and she kept shouting that she is not hearing me. As I continued to repeat myself the next thing I heard was "are you sick?". Her tone of voice throughout the call was impatient, rude and unprofessional.I had to quit booking my appointment cause I couldn't stand her any longer."
