"Went in to re schedule appt for WIC. It was 1:30 on a Friday, I didnt know WIC was closed hut either way, reception on University side was very rude in letting me know. I just came from the hospital and let her know and as a receptionist, it was very unnecessary for her to tell me she has nothing to do with WIC without any other information on what times they open back up again. I hope she gets training on reception etiquette and works on her attitude."
"The service from the front desk staff was very meh. I asked one of them a simple question and she was looking at me like I was bothering her even though she was clearly texting. The WHNP was great and the nurse was okay. Also, there is no one to print me out a visit summary? Every clinic I've been to does that and for some reason it's weird to ask."
"Mr.Prince is amazing.. listens & explains everything. Angie & Letty are great already greeting and asking how they can help even before you reach the sign in sheet. The nurses there are amazing Valerie..Isabel..Joanna & Joy! From signing in to setting up my next appointment service is great So much so I switched my kids over as well. Angels on earth."
