"The entire staff at the express med is rude and disrespectful. I'm a person with anxiety and get very anxious around medical professionals. The nurse kept interrupting me and wanted me to answer questions while answering the question before or having a tool underneath my tongue for my tempture check. My mind process things slower and I felt rushed, dismissed, ignored and disrespected by the staff. The person who did the EKG same thing condescending. I'm a person with a mental illness and bad anxiety I was dissatisfied with my treatment."

"How does this place not have rapid test kits by now. My wife has to wait half a day to get her test results for COVID and the flu. Pretty ridiculous. And she asked if they could check the baby (because she's pregnant) and they say they don't do that. There not equipped to check wth is that."

"Wait time was not long considering I had no appointment and it is an urgent care center. Staff was awesome and it is a really good price if you don't have insurance."

"I was just turned away around 4:30pm. The check in person told me they were maxed out for the day. To try university hospital if I REALLY need to be seen. So as I’m sitting in pain in the waiting area, waiting for my ride, a teen and his mom come in and they sign him right in. And they call him to the back immediately after… I’m beyond livid. The unprofessionalism is real here."

"I made an appointment on MyChart for the urgent care at 1pm, ending up going around 11am because I felt so bad and they were able to get me in right away. The medical assistant Jesus was phenomenal! He was very nice, communicative and helpful. The only downside I will say is I had to wait a good 30-40 minutes to see the doctor. But once I finally saw her it was very easy from there! Would definitely recommend this place and will be back for future urgent care needs."
