"I always Have a pleasant experience when I visit this location. I get in and out in approximate timing. They treat everyone fair and equal. The ladies at the front desk even had Valentines Flowers for the guests Today! ( so sweet!!) Doctor Alonzo is always very patient, kind And very attentive. I love that the women here support each other and support every person that comes through the door. I have been in Texas for five years searching for the perfect clinic, and I have finally found it. Would certainly recommend this WellMed Location to anyone looking for good care!"

"It's been a week 6-30 since I was seen. Had an x-ray ordered for Saturday was told by PA on friday's appt I would get a call on Monday with results. I called at 4p on Monday and was told no nurse was available to discuss x-ray results but that I would get a call. I've been in pain since Friday and now it's Monday with no pain medication. Thank God for ibuprofen which is what I've been taking since Friday. So Tuesday 7-4 clinic is closed, call on Wednesday I get x ray results and am told 3 medications have been sent to the pharmacy. I call pharmacy and they have one med ordered. Today is Thursday 7-6 and I'm calling clinic to see if other 2 meds are going to be sent to pharmacy. I'm told the message will be sent to the Dr. I'm a new patient to Well Med. I haven't met my PCP yet. I was given a new patient appointment with PA Will in early June. He was thorough in his review of my chart."
