"Waited an hour for an appointment. Sat in waiting room as other patient just walked in and were taken before us. When my wife went to ask about a refund she was conveniently told we were next. We felt in our best interest that we should leave. Horrible experience from the time we walked in to the time we left."

"I came in as a walk-in for myself, and I have to say that the entire staff was AMAZING! Patrick was very kind and went above and beyond while checking me in. Nancy, who triaged me was so kind, and did a great job getting me taken care of. For being a walk-in, I was seen fairly quickly. The nurse practitioner, Stefanie, had the best bedside manner I have ever experienced with a practitioner. She was so kind and had empathy, and was so genuine and very transparent, letting me know what was wrong with me, and what I can do moving forward. I will tell you right now that, if my husband and I need to go to an urgent care, this will be the one we come to from here on out. All in all my entire visit from the time I got there to the time I left, was about an hour, give or take, which is excellent as a walk-in. Also, I want to add that the reception area as well as the waiting room rooms are extremely clean, and beautiful as I’ve never seen an urgent care look this nice."
