"I don't recommend this clinic for patients or employees. Dr Franklin is a difficult person in most situations. Most staff members are unhappy with his treatment of patients & staff. He belittles his staff, accuses them & reprimands them in front of others, he's very confrontational. He gives extra duties with no compensation. He talks about workers with other co-workers negatively. A nurse at the Callaghan office discussed witnessing abuse to an autistic patient recently, nurse at nacogdoches office reports him yelling at a patient. It is a belief that his actions are due to illness or decreasing mental capabilities. New employees have even called him "crazy". On many days he is contradictory asking employees to do something, then denying he told them that & reprimanding them for doing it. He has been known to threaten and intimidate employees. As a medical professional he should have more patience, be understanding, attentive and caring. He lacks those skills in his declining mental state."

"Today it was my first appointment at this location. Cierra was very friendly and professional to set my appointment. Dr. Franklin & Dr. Stevens did a great in explaining my spine problems in detail. I got my first treatment today and it went great and felt much better afterwards. I recommend this clinic because of its great location and amazing teamwork they show towards there patients."

"I had a lot of pain associated from thyroid surgery. My neck was stiff, my back felt twisted. It was pretty unbearable. I went to Dr Franklin and was given a regimen of adjustments and physical therapy. After a couple of visits I felt a lot better! I followed the regimen and was literally pain free after about a month. I did this without taking harsh drugs. Maybe I took a Tylenol once in awhile, but that was all I needed. I have continued to get adjustments about once a month because I work at a desk in front of a computer. By getting the adjustments I am able to stay pain free unless I injure myself in another way. After awhile I also asked them about other issues such as weight gain, arthritis pain and more. They helped me realize that there are solutions. You don't always have to turn to surgery to fix your pain. I had pain, they fixed it, I call it my spa now. Oh, and their massage therapist is amazing too. If you want to feel better, go see Dr Franklin."
