"Their staff is probably great but I never got that far. 1. They never answer their phone. It doesn’t matter what day or when. They don’t answer. I was lucky to get someone after they had called about my referral to them. 2. I gave all of my info for them to check the insurance before made an appt. they said that was fine. They called me several days later to ask me to make an appt. I asked about the insurance and they said they can’t call about insurance until I’m scheduled. 3. Doctor is only “on-site” 1.5 days a week so that contradicts their ads. 4. I started to schedule appointment but expressed the distance of the location for me. They stated that after seeing the doctor, I’d need to go to the clinic a minimum of 5 times a week for several weeks. They said this was required to “educate” me on lymphedema. Needless to say, I cancelled my appt. This place may be great but expect to have little to no communication or incorrect information given. As soon as they contacted me, I expressed what I needed. No one ever indicated I’d need to come see them for weeks at a time. I couldn’t make the appt at that time because I wanted to find out about insurance before wasting any time. Basically, this place doesn’t care about you until you’re trapped in their extensively long program. It may be an excellent medical facility but it clearly only caters to those who do not work."

"Wonderful staff, very attentive and excellent work ethics. My son is a patient, he was born with primary lymphedema. I would strongly recommend this faciltiy they have done a fantastic job with us and really know their stuff every patient is treated specifically for their particular circumstance. Highly recommended."

"Exceedingly rude staff. I was referred to this clinic by the Methodist ER, and the witch who answered the phone couldn't wait to tell me how I wouldn't be seen, in the nastiest tone of voice imaginable. The scumbag interrupted everything I tried to say, never letting me finish a sentence at all because the stupid cow was so adamant about insisting she wouldn't let me make an appointment, even, or to walk me through the process of how I could be seen at all. This human filth is representing the office, and it's definitely not a good reflection on them. If this is the kind of trash this clinic wants to hire, fine, but I'd rather go to a witch doctor than give these creeps any of my business."

"Loved coming to this place! My doctor sent me here when my legs were swollen and I couldn't even put on my shoes. I got treatment here and now I'm walking better, my shoes fit me again, and I'm not in so much pain. I miss everyone when I'm not getting treatment there!"
