"Do not go to this medical clinic. Treat patients like utterly ignorant of their health and most medical decisions made by nurse or nurses’ aide. Two misdiagnosed for two urinary tract infections and force to go to Urgent emergency clinic. Now a second party answers phone for staff and you have to wait until contact is made with clinic and than if wrong response is made you keep waiting till correct communication is made. Could be anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes."

"I cannot complain about the front desk team - they are kind, courteous and helpful. Dr. Gaspard - that’s another story! I seriously think this doctor needs an attitude adjustment. He is sarcastic and was very casual about my numerous health issues. My biggest complaint is that he doesn’t think it’s necessary for some of his patients to be scheduled for follow ups less than 4 months apart. I am 79 years old and have multiple health issues, some severe, yet Dr. Gaspard feels that I don’t need to be seen once a month which I feel is inappropriate for me. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate the level of care at #1. Very disappointed!"

"Little interaction with doctor and no concern for my problem. I made an appointment for specific pain. It took 3 visits to finally meet with the doctor. First appointment was about 5-10 mins with nurse to give my history. Second appointment was with nurse practitioner who ordered blood work & tests. 3rd appointment I finally talked to doctor but he did not address my pain/problem. Appointment lasted less than 10 mins and all he did was order more tests and told me to come back in 3 MONTHS. After 3 visits, I was still in pain but was supposed to wait 3 more months. Not helpful."
