"It seems like these people like to pick and choose which truck driver they will give a hard time to when it comes to their DOT testing. My husband is one of the healthiest 64 year old truck drivers & every year these people give him a hard time. He always has all his paperwork prepared. And still they make him go back several times because they love to nit pick about anything. I get that there’s policies, laws and regulations but it becomes upsetting when you see other obese unhealthy truck drivers there in their facility passing with flying colors or on the road. These healthy law abiding truck drivers need to be on the road so that they can do their job, provide for their families and deliver the things we need in our grocery stores, hospitals etc."

"Had a negative experience the first few times at the medical center on 710 Augusta St San Antonio TX 78215. The could not collect or even attempt a hair sample for a current employer, so after waiting again for my hair to grow out I went down the street to the same clinic different location. and they made it happen no problem the lady at 3453 I-35 Ste 120, San Antonio, TX 78219 was great, Red hair I didn't seem to catch her name. But above and beyond service. I highly recommend the second location over the first one for drug collections and hair samples, and just the overall process in general."
