"I wish I read the reviews before coming here and wasting my valuable time. I took off hours from work to have my labs done. They tell me to arrive 45 mins early to fill out paperwork. Then I am seen by a PA not a dr. She then gives me a paper order for labs at another location. Wow. Waste of time. As I am checking out they tell me I owe $145 for the visit. I should've been told of this amount beforehand to be prepared. The older lady says I should know my benefits. What a waste Of time."

"This is the doctor we have had for 2 years we have never seen the doctor once only PA's and now he won't sign the death certificate because he not once saw my disabled father in 2 years of going to him. don't see this doctor he will make your life hell if you have anything seriously wrong with you."

"The appointment was supposedly at 4, they told me I had to be there half an hour before. They moved me to the room at 4:20 and 50 minutes later the doctor still had not arrived at the room. They are dedicated to playing with patients' time, it is the worst delay for a primary doctor consultation. The medical assistants are not pleasant Aguilar Family is a disappointment in a medical office.Stay away!!!"

"Specifically told me NOT to make a dermatologist appointment. Suggested i go to urgent care because the doctor said "theres nothing we can do for you here" I go to the Urgent care and even the doctor there told me that i should have gone to the hospital. So then i end up at the hospital, just for the hospital to tell me that I specifically DID need to make a dermatologist appointment. Also that they don't know why the doctor would send me anywhere else but the dermatologist. The doctor's office couldn't even give me a finger split. I had to get it from the hospital. I've been to this doctor office a few times now and I feel like they haven't done much for me. Honestly if need something looked at don't expect anything from here. Go somewhere else."

"I had an appointment at 2:30. I was running c 4 minutes late. I missed work. I hired a babysitter. When I checked in Ashley, the high school student working at the front desk said she wasn't sure if they would see me. She makes me wait 15 minutes in their dirty lobby all to be told that their fake doctor Karla Gracia wouldn't see me. I asked her why she would make me wait 15 minutes to tell me she wouldn't see me. She also stated that she expected me to be in the clinic at 1:30 in the afternoon for a 2:30 appointment. Why does anybody have to give a facility an extra hour of their time/life just so that they can run an insurance card. Not everybody is unemployed. The hospital had already provided them with all the information. Not to mention, they had verified that my insurance before I even got there. What more information do they need?I still don't understand why a fake doctor. (PA) Would even be considered for my appointment. This so-called doctor's office thinks that they are the only physicians in this city that will take my money. There were other patients and customers in the waiting room. One gentleman told me that he got there at 1:30. To be told that he needed to wait till 250p . All he needed was a paper for blood work so that he could come back. That they could have given to him over an hour ago. Overall the staff, scheduling team is GHETTO. Whoever owns this clinic does not care about their patients nor customer service. I should have read reviews before I even entertained the idea of using my hard work paytime off for this circus. It's evident that they only care about the free money they are getting from medicaid, and that's why they take advantage of all their customers and patients. It's very sad. If I was the daughter of that gentleman who they made wait for some paper I would have been ballistic if that was my father. I am going to take that gentleman suggestion and not give them business. I have choices and I have private health care. These people should not even be practicing. And they definitely should not be assigning a fake doctor for the 1st time knowing that they are going to receive payment as if it was a real doctor. No thank you."
