"I came to this office because my physician recommended. I got here 15 minutes before appointment in order to fill out paper work they asked me for insurance and ID I did give them my insurance card but I forgot my driver license at home, the manager approached me and say they couldn’t see me without and ID in a very rude way (I let it go ) called my mom she took a picture she send it to me I sending it to their email but the manager insisted that Dr. who I did not even meet Had said that she couldn’t see me without and ID and because of that they wanted to rescheduled my appointment which off course I didn’t do it. I am pretty sure they could have done something about it and not make me waste my time. I was very upset because I had to leave work early pick up my child from school early as well to be here on time and they didn’t even had that in consideration."

"This so-called procedure table ( btw this is not a one off, every table in every room is the same) tells you all you need to know about this place and Dr. Terry Nutt. Because her attitude is as ugly as this tray anybody with some sense would not want a procedure here and anybody with any dignity would not want to be treated by her either. I am a Veteran sent from the VA and she still outrightly talk to me as if I was a child with an attitude that would not make me wonder why she is probably single. Front desk and others are nice but beware beware beware look at the table and if she can’t even have the sense to take care of that well what else need be sad run while you can. Do onto others as you would have then do onto you."
