"Don’t recommend this location. I’ve waited months for an appointment and come to find out my doctor left so I had to wait another month for a different doctor and after my first visit the blood worker was disorganized didn’t seem sterile. I went for the second appointment for results,Pap and therapy referral and was turned away because I was 3 minutes passed the 5 minute window policy they have which is unbelievable."

"I’m guessing if your an HEB employee it’s great, but for someone that is not it is impossible to get in, it will show appointments available but come to find out they are only for HEB insurance. I only try here cause I trust nurse Jackie. Won’t try anymore"

"All I can say is I miss this place very much. They were all so sweet and amazing to me. Never had issues with anyone. Everyone is professional and I was always greeted with respect. I loved my doctor Michele so much and her team. They always followed up with me as promised. They were there for me through my mental health and made me feel like I wasn’t just a patient but someone they trully cared about. Also the physical health team. I would never forget how they listened to me and guided me . This office is trully an amazing place for your family and friends ❤️"

"Very welcoming, they do lock the doors so someone has to let you in. Kind of weird. They address you as soon as you walk in and I've had to wait at most 5-10 min to be shown to a room. The doctors I have seen have been wonderful, very detailed and patient. They answered all my questions. I like that they post results and comments online for you to view. Their clinic is less than 10 min away from me and their decor is fantastic! Hope they continue to offer more and more services to us."
