"I do not recommend to see Dr Hain Trevino . I had a horrible experience. I will not go into detail about my medical issues but she dismissed my medical concerns and medication history. She also ignored and did not respond to messages through portal when I was in need of medical help. I found a new provider who immediately took care of me just based on my vitals and symptoms. Don’t stick with a doctor who doesn’t listens to you."

"My first visit with the practice was yesterday 11/9/23 and I was scheduled with Dr. Lauren Bishop. I have to say that I was impressed with this place from the moment I walked in- I was greeted, both ladies at the front desk gave me their names, my check in was seamless. The MA that came in got me introduced herself to me as well, and was very sweet and thorough. I met with Dr. Bishop who took her time with me and actually listened to me and we talked about what issues I was having. I did not feel rushed or judged at all. I have had bad luck with PCP since moving to SA, the first 2 I had retired and then the one from earlier this year was just extremely rude and unprofessional. I had some blood drawn to get answers for my symptoms, they scheduled my next appt, I was given options and things to think about. I just want to thank Dr. Bishop for listening to me. I know there is something going on with my health and she actually listened instead of judging me. Thank you. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and funny and even the lab tech was sweet. If your looking or a practice, this is it!"

"Dr. Hain Treviño is the first doctor who does not make me feel rushed, cares, and is efficient. Although I haven’t explicitly had an alarming concern, some of the front desk office could use some additional training on basic customer service and manners. I am still willing to return for a great doctor."
