"One more Contractor filling its pockets on behalf of Veterans suffering. Their waiting area gives you a second chance to die for your country. Horrible service!"
"I have been trying to schedule an appointment for going on 3 weeks now, I call several days a week multiple times a day, and they have answered the phone only once. I have left multiple messages and have never received a call back. The one time they answered the phone the individual that answered kept saying the "Scheduler" was busy and all i could hear was someone yelling in the back ground "I am not talking to any one right now, just take their name and number" at least 5 times, and I still have not received a call back. This clinic is only good for your annual check up, they will get you in and out for that in 20 mins, aside from that they have been no help whatsoever."
"This clinic does not answer the phone after being on hold for over half an hour and that is calling at eight a.m. which is when they open. When offered to leave a voicemail, you can not because their voice mailbox is full. In addition, I have been trying to be seen for a neck injury and my provider has cancelled, yes cancelled, my appointments twice and has yet to reach out and reschedule. It has been over a month."
"I just had my first visit to this VA clinic, my vitals were taken by Ericha Joly nurse and she was very very rude. Nurses should have some kind of compassion, if they are having a bad day, they shouldn’t come to work at all. Also, my appointment was supposed to be at 11:00am and the Doctor didn’t see me until 12:05pm."
"Overall a great experience, I came from the northwest CBOC and I didn't have a bad experience with the transition. Using the VA app also helped out a lot with scheduling and viewing messages. My experience with the lab was quick and easy as well. Not much to complain about and the staff is always friendly. Though one of the providers can be a little more attentive to her patients and not recommend holistic remedies for everything."
