"I am a new patient at Flagship Health as of 01/2024 and I’m pleased and glad that I found Dr. Moran! I was very impressed with his attention to detail in regards to my health and very personable and easy to talk to… I’ve had to generate several phone calls though as to resolving prescription issues, refills and having a new primary care doctor… Timely specialist referrals and confirmation with my medicare plan are seeming to be an issue also unfortunately… I would really like to stay and form a relationship with Dr. Moran and Flagship Health but I’m starting to wonder whether I can maintain my patience with the little irritants of telephone follow ups… I may have to start a new search for a new primary doctor and/or clinic…"
