CareNow Urgent Care - Cibolo

"Went in about 3.5 weeks ago for a covid test and a strep test because I was feeling ill. They said tests came back neg and just prescribed cough syrup and some cough pills as well. Kept getting worse so I went to BAMC instead about week later, Turned out I had Pnemonia. Anyways... long story short, they are billing my husband for $941.. Why?? We have TriCare, we tried calling their billing dept but they're closed now. Did they stop taking TriCare and we were not informed??"

"Everyone was so nice and very friendly. I didn’t feel uncomfortable like I do in other doctors offices. I had foot pain and shoulder pain and just received my new insurance cards. I wasn’t sure if they took my insurance, so when I asked the receptionist she was so warm and friendly when she stated, yes we do accept it and could help with my pain. The nurse listened to my issues never once did she try and cut me off and the doctor practitioner has to be the sweetest ever that I’ve came across. Great team work! And they apologized for my wait time! You don’t get that everyday! I was even given resources for my future foot doctor that they looked up and a their phone number if I should have any more questions. I wish all doctor offices ran their business like this one."

"Was able to make an online appointment and receive a text in a timely manner that they were ready for me to show up. They got me taken care of incredibly fast and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Very nice and caring staff."

"Absolutely fantastic experience! Had to go to their urgent care clinic to get treatment for an infection on my toe. I was met by a friendly and professional receptionist who helped me through registration process. I had just sat down in waiting area when the nurse called my name. She was so comfortable to talk with and had such a calming demeanor. Shortly after, the doctor came in, did his examination, and diagnosed an infection from what appeared to be a bite of some kind. He sent my prescription over to Walgreen's. I do not think I was in there more than 15 minutes. Professional friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable waiting area, and they take medicare!"

"Everyone was so friendly from reception, to the nurse, and the PA. They were all knowledgeable and thorough. The PA provided excellent health care education pertaining to my visit. I will definitely use their services again if needed. In and out quickly."
