"I'm only leaving 3 stars even though I found the process relatively quick and like this idea of getting people in and out! But with that being said, I was seen today by a doctor that had no empathy or sympathy at all! He was very dismissive, and it pains me because he was African American, and we rarely have our voices heard regarding our healthcare needs! He spoke for me and took all of a second to listen! Ultimately, he told me I was tired and needed more sleep! One, we never discussed that I was sleepy or tired! He didn't even know my lifestyle but proceeded to be just in his answer! I'm fatigue not because of lack of sleep! This wasn't very pleasant; I will definitely not return to this location if he’s on call! I'm new to San Antonio and find this disheartening"

"My husband and I both visited CVS on FM 3009 after getting Covid. We were able to each get appts the next day. Both of the medical staff that helped my husband and me were very friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling like I’d made a friend. They also sent the prescription to the pharmacy in the store just a few steps away from them. I was done within an hour and a half and left with my prescription filled."

"Rearranged my day for an appointment. Drove all the way here with child in tow. Waited half an hour with no one to tell me how long it would be. Glad I didn't pay ABSURD PRICES to get an NP or PA. It costs as much as a full-service doctor's office."

"Made 5 appointments online to get TB test (wanted to speak to someone about appointments, but no one picks up ever) rushed myself and 4 kids over there . Just to be greeted by a sign! No call to tell us they closed while making appointments. Was frustrating"
