"Worst experience ever. The whole staff was rude and unprofessional. Straight out racial profile us asked if we spoke Spanish. They threatened to call the cops because we asked for proof that we made the appointment 3 weeks.ago. They took our insurance but would not see us. Every single employee gave us a attitude. "Every experience with this welmed and Dr. Nayak has been a nightmare. Since August when she became my pcp...the only thing the Dr. Has done is blood test...no blood pressure...not even taken my temp. And then she tells me my white blood cells are too low and my red blood cells are too high. She orders another blood tests in 6 weeks and tells me if my white blood cells don't go up she will refer me to an oncologist or a blood doctor...while I'm getting my second blood test I asked to see the results of my 1st blood tests to find out my white blood cells are perfectly fine. I worried for 6 weeks thinking I had cancer. And now and since day one they have messed up my refills...i just went thru withdrawals waiting for meds"

"This clinic are not professionals, they are disrespectful with patients, Ms. Julie literally told us that she could not call the medical plan, when we called the plan and they have a direct number for providers, you do not want to work, poor treatment of the patient not recommended better find another place."
