"Enjoyed the treatment received from Dr TK, unfortunately I had to change providers due to waiting just about 2 hours durning my last three visits and the lack of assistance or empathy from MA Quinton. Wouldn’t even look me in the eye when I asked a question. I initially was going to give this a 3 star but changed it to a 2 star. It’s been 2 months and my new pcp is still waiting for my medical records with labs."

"I was told I had a aggressive mass on my liver need biopsy asap haven't been able to get appointment for biopsy Dr never sent referrals staff was very rude when I requested the referrals and copy of referral my insurance number was all zeros my prescriptions take weeks to get refills I'm a chronic care patient who can't get the medical attention and care I need from this medical so called clinic."

"WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! Don’t choose this provider if you want anything done correctly or professionally. There’s a huge lack of basic professionalism in phone calls and bedside manner. There’s a huge lack of communication and I’m never sure that they listen to me or take down and enter in information correctly. It’s very frustrating working with the employees of this clinic to say the least. I’ve read every other 1 star review and they are not exaggerating. I’ve had very similar experiences with these people. Stay away from this clinic!!!!"

"The staff is very disorganized. I called and spoke with Quintin to schedule my spouses appointment, after scheduling Quintin asked what he was going in for, I stated he’d be going in to see about getting on an appetite suppressant. Quintin then states we have to change the appointment time because the one scheduled was not for “weight loss”. So we switched the time. Then the day of the appointment my husband gets a call from their office stating that they do not do weight loss appointments at the time he was scheduled for, so they had him go in at the time they called him. He shows up and is in the building for 2 hours, saw TK for a couple of minutes, and was checking out and that’s when the receptionist hits my husband with a $200 bill, which we were not expecting! Had my husband known insurance does not cover the weight loss portion of the visit he would have cancelled the appointment. Most doctors offices will tell you the costs up front, but not this office. I have seen TK in the past and had several bad experiences with the office as a whole. I’ve shown up yo appointments they have scheduled me for only to find out that the office was closed and nobody came in to advise patients of the closure on normal business days and it was a normal business hour, but I guess TK called in, but nobody called the patients. I’ve driven to the other location for an appointment only to find out they were not open. I’ve waited in the office for several hours just for a 5 minute visit. It’s very frustrating dealing with this office. TK even referred me to get an mri for my shoulder then never sent the paperwork for the mri, so my insurance declined yo pay for it, so when I got the bill over a year ago I contacted Atlantic medical for a backdated referral and never received anything. I called and spoke with Quintin about this issue twice and I have email him on several occasions. I may just report this medical facility to the medical board. Do not go to this clinic unless you enjoy wasting your time."
