"I visited in Jan. 2023 and I did not get to see Dr. kristopher koch. I went in to get a physical and the nurses were so unprofessional. They gave me misinformation about my health and told me that I was too young to be there because I am young. Obviously they don't know how to do their jobs! I told them my health problems and they brushed it off as if I did not matter to them. One of the nurses told me I should not have any more kids, it is not up to them but me! Do not recommend. They won't care about you."

"This place will NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! Never! My husband has a life threatening medical condition and Wellmed referred him to a specialist clinic that didn't exist. It took a month to get him a new referral after many phone calls and walk ins. After finally getting a diagnosis, Wellmed needed to sign off on paperwork to get the device he needed. Wellmed had the paperwork in hand for WEEKS and the doctor finally signed off on it after many phone calls we made to them about the importance of getting it signed. My husband could've DIED because of their carelessness. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"DISAPPOINTED on your client services! Have been trying to get an appointment with Dr Jyothi Kundur for a week and NO ONE has called back. Everytime I call, they assured me that someone will call in a few hours, but nobody did. How can I trust this doctor's team if I cant even get a call back? "I had an appointment at Wellmed Friday 27 May. It was a follow up to a home visit from a nurse practitioner about a week or so ago. I was helped by clinic receptionist, Roseann. She was most helpful to me. I was in need of a new pcp and Roseann helped me through the process of obtaining one there at Wellmed. Roseann was immeasurably of help to me. Her kindness and professionalism were exemplary… I applaud her as an awesome receptionist and individual.. Thank you Roseann. I am deeply indebted to you… Kim Snyder"

"I have had two doctors here, one died and now have Dr Raul Martinez. They are (were) awesomeness. I go to the VA for most of my care, but when I am sick it is easier to get appointment here. I have had but excellent care here. The PA is wonderful also. I was an ICU nurse for over twenty years and do not like doctors that are exceptional and care. Everyone that works here bends over backwards to make sure you get great care, not just for me, but everyone! And as for no walk ins, all you have to do is call and they see you same day. Also waiting room time is usually very short"
