"I normally get great service, not the best service today. I wished they would tell you upon your arrival to have your new insurance card instead of telling you after you’ve been sitting down waiting. So much for arriving 15 min. prior your appointment. Maybe my next visit will be much better."

"Doctor Bassali is a phenomenal pediatrician. She has been my son’s doctor since he was born and he is 6 now. She is so kind and patient and she listens when we have concerns. The nurses are always nice too and the way they interact with my son is so sweet. The women at the front desk are another story. It’s very hit or miss with them. They are either very nice and super helpful, or they are rude af and treat you like you aren’t worth the time of day. For example, the last appointment my son had, my husband needed help with the tablet (the tablets almost NEVER work right) and the lady at the desk laughed at him. I was on the phone with him about something else, and I heard him ask for help and she LAUGHED at him. This made my blood boil so I called to file a complaint. I absolutely adore Dr. Bassali, and I would recommend HER and her NURSING staff to anyone I know, but her OFFICE staff leave a LOT to be desired."

"I had an unfortunate experience at this clinic that compelled me to leave this review. The level of care exhibited towards patients seems overshadowed by financial considerations. I visited the clinic for a pap smear, paid a significant sum of $290 for the test, only to receive a letter—instead of a call—informing me of abnormal results. What's even more distressing is when I reached out to learn more about these results, the clinic refused to disclose any information or allow me to speak directly to the doctor. Shockingly, they conveyed that if I wanted to understand my own health situation, I would have to schedule an appointment at an additional charge of $150. This was deeply concerning, particularly considering I am 15 weeks pregnant and urgently need to know the status of my health. The clinic's approach leaves me deeply troubled. They appear to prioritize monetary gain over the well-being of their patients, especially when the initial test was already paid for. To add to the frustration, the doctor attempted to contact me directly regarding my results, but due to missed communication, I couldn't connect with her. Despite this, the front office continued to insist on payment before allowing me to speak with the doctor. If there was an option for zero stars in this review, I would select it without hesitation. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of compassion and patient-centered care in a medical facility. It's a regrettable situation that reflects poorly on their commitment to ethical healthcare practices."

"Appointment for 9am. 30minutes later still in the waiting room. Folks who came in after us still were called in before us. Waited weeks for this appointment with my pregnant Wife. Will definitely seek out a different clinic in the Future. Very unprofessional Business here"

"Every time I'm in this clinic, it's always an excuse on why people is sitting for over 3 hrs to be seen. MAs walk around like the lobby is empty. Doctors are always behind (so they say). We are told as patients to arrive at least 15mins before appointment and why so yall can have us sitting hours after we are scheduled to be seen. This is overly frustrating and the only reason you all have service is because it's the closest clinic in the area that serves the entire family. Yall need time management training this is ridiculous."
