"Dr Hugo Rojas, M.D. of the family clinics of San Antonio nearly assaulted me and was extremely inappropriate during my last visitation . I’m a small young female and he got in my face when I requested my antidepressant/sleep aid refills but wouldn’t give me them. I asked him why the other Dr. prescribed me it and said I could take them as needed, but dr Rojas was aggressive and saying flat out no. I still need medication..how are you gonna call me a liar about my symptoms??…instead he just told me to find another doctor . He was also making criticizing comments about my personal romantic life ..he kept saying it was my fault…this man is crazy and should not be in the medical field working with people . He looked like he wanted to hurt me too…he was clenching his fist while yelling at me"

"Stay Away from this clinic, I'm a physician myself who went to get seen by this clinic. long wait even tho you show up to the time they schedule you, in the end, they tell you we are not comfortable writing this prescription for you. So basically they never treat your symptoms they just take your visits money"

"I've been seeing Dr. Rojas for over 10+ years, before I had insurance and even when I had insurance I still decided to stay with him. He knows my medical history and treats you like a friend of the family. Extremely knowledgeable, no BS kind of DR. The wait can be long at times, it's a walk in clinic, even being an established patient, I've had to wait. They dont pick and choose who is seen so that is a lie. Things have gotten overlooked a few times, nothing dire or detrimental, I will say yes it can be frustrating, but nothing that couldnt ever be corrected. I appreciate the staff and their hard work, and always feel good seeing the same faces, turn over is obviously not an issue so it says a lot about the boss/owner. Dr. Riojas is really a great doctor and that's hard to come by these days."
